PGY2 Cardiology Pharmacy Residency Career Outcomes and Placement Success

Since 2018, 88% (14/16) of our graduates have taken an initial role within the cardiology specialty and nearly a third remained on with the Medical Center's Cardiology Pharmacy team.

Our program has a strong track record of preparing graduates for a wide range of positions nationwide, from faculty appointments at colleges of pharmacy and clinical specialist roles at major academic medical centers to leadership and administrative careers.
 

PGY2 Cardiology Pharmacy Residency Application Requirements

  • Candidates must be PharmD graduates of an accredited college of pharmacy 
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency program
  • Candidates must be eligible for Massachusetts licensure, which must be obtained by October 29
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent U.S. residents
