Our board-certified physician is highly qualified to provide personal medical care and to refer you to specialists when needed, while maintaining a continuity of care. Urgent Care, After Hours and Emergencies

For medical problems after office hours, call our office at 508-473-7599. Our on-call doctor will call you back after you leave your message. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Referrals

On occasion, your doctor may recommend that you see a specialist. If your insurance company requires that your primary care physician provide a referral, please call our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with the specialist. This will allow us sufficient time to process the referral.
