Franklin Pediatric and Adolescent Care

At Franklin Pediatric & Adolescent Care, we specialize in the care of children from birth through adolescence. The mission of our entire staff is to know your child personally and to build a strong relationship with your whole family. The care that we provide in this office includes both well-child care and the treatment of acute illnesses. Well-child care encompasses regular physical exams, immunizations and the monitoring of your child’s growth and development. During routine office visits, you are free to discuss your concerns about nutrition, behavior, safety, school performance or other issues. As children grow and enter adolescence, their health needs change. Teenagers who come to Franklin Pediatric & Adolescent Care will feel comfortable knowing that our doctors and nurse practitioners care about them and understand their unique concerns.

Weekend Urgent Care, After Hours and Emergencies

We encourage our parents and patients to call during office hours so that we have access to your medical record. However, we are available after hours for emergency calls and can be reached by calling 508-541-8000. Our on-call provider will call you back shortly after you leave your message.

Urgent Care Visits for Pediatric Patients will be available by appointment only from 8:30 am to 11:30 am.

Referrals

When your child needs to see a specialist and your insurance requires a referral from your pediatrician, please call our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with the specialist. This will allow us sufficient time to process the referral.
