UMass Memorial Health is now offering care to our MassHealth patients through a new Accountable Care Partnership Plan (ACPP) with Tufts Health Plan called “Tufts Health Together with UMass Memorial Health.” Enrollment launched on April 1, 2023.

An ACPP is a group of primary care providers (PCPs) who work with a managed care organization to create a full network that includes PCPs, specialists, behavioral health providers and hospitals who work together to provide members with high-quality and cost-effective health-care services, commonly referred to as an “ACO” (Accountable Care Organization)...

Preceptor

• School must have an Affiliation Agreement with UMass Memorial Health. Check with the OSA to see if there is one in place.
• Preceptor will agree to precept and notify student.
• Preceptor will need to obtain appropriate computer/medical record access for student. Undergraduate nursing student access will be obtained by the OSA.
