Marlborough Campus Construction

UMass Memorial Medical Center’s Marlborough Campus will see an increased presence of construction work and personnel in our parking lots.

Actions and Intentions

After completing MBSR or MBCT, many participants are interested in continuing their practice in community. This six-week alumni course is designed to support that next step. The course meets once a week for two hours, with home practice between sessions similar to MBSR and MBCT. It concludes during the week of the All-Day Retreat, which participants are invited to attend.
